This Glow in the Dark is a VERY dense pigment that is only allowed for use in wash off products such as soaps, scrubs, body wash, or can be used in nail polish. It is not approved for bath bombs, eye product, or lipsticks.
Please refer to the FDA website and regulations for proper use, and labeling when it comes to using Glow in the dark pigments.
Usage rate: 10% of the final product weight. Best used if mixed into oils before adding to your product.
